RUBBER KNEADER

Rubber Kneader is mainly used for natural rubber and other polymer elastomer mixing and mixing, as well as the mixing of plastics, asphalt, linoleum, enamel and various synthetic resins. It is one of the main rubber refining equipment in rubber factory.

Rubber Kneader main structure part : mixing chamber rotor, feeding and pressing device, unloading device, transmission device, heating and cooling and air pressure, hydraulic, electric control system, etc.

1. Mixing chamber rotor: It is mainly composed of upper and lower housing, upper and lower mixing chamber and rotor. Both ends of the rotor are installed in the upper and lower housing with bearings. The two rotors are driven by the speed ratio gear installed in their necks, and the relative rotation of different speeds is performed in the annular mixing chamber.

2. Feeding and pressing device: feeding hopper, pressing device and cylinder, etc. Installed on the upper casing of the mixing chamber.

3. Unloading device: including unloading device and unloading device locking device two parts.

4. Transmission device: mainly composed of motor, elastic coupling, reducer and tooth coupling, etc.

5.Heating and cooling system: mainly composed of pipes and distributors, etc., in order to pass the cooling water or steam into the mixing chamber, rotor and pressing, unloading device and other cavity circulation flow, to control the temperature of the rubber.

6.Pressure system: It is mainly composed of cylinder, piston, valve, pipeline and compressed air control station. Used to control the lifting, pressurization and opening and closing of the flap door of the pressing device.

7.Hydraulic system: The main structure is composed of double vane pump, rotary cylinder, reciprocating cylinder, pipeline and tank. It is used to control the opening and closing of unloading device and locking device of unloading device.

8.Electronic control system: mainly composed of electric control box, console and various electrical instruments. It is the control center of the whole machine.

 

Main parts :

1. Rotor: rotor is the main working parts of kneader, rotor structure and strength of the kneader work, production efficiency, service life and mixing quality are greatly affected. Therefore, the rotor material must have sufficient strength, stiffness, wear resistance, chemical resistance and good heat transfer.

2. Mixing chamber: mixing chamber is also the main working parts of the kneader, it is like the rotor in the mixing process with the rubber strong friction, extrusion and chemical corrosion effect. Therefore, in order to enhance the wear resistance of mixing chamber wall, mixing chamber wall in high-speed kneader need surfacing layer 2 ~ 4mm thick wear-resistant hard alloy.

3. Sealing device: Since the annular gap between the rotor journal and the side wall of the mixing chamber is easy to leak during mixing, a sealing device is designed at this position to prevent material leakage. Commonly used are external pressure end face contact seal and internal pressure end face automatic seal.

4. Feeding and pressing device: mainly to the mixing chamber feeding, and in the process of mixing rubber to a certain pressure. The feeding and pressing device is installed at the upper part of the mixing chamber.

5.Unloading device: the main structure has sliding and swing type. The discharge port is set at the lower part of the mixing chamber. When the kneader works, the discharge port needs to be closed to prevent material leakage.

6.Rotor axial adjustment device: During the mixing process, the axial force on the rotor will cause the rotor to move along the axis direction. The rotor axial adjustment device is installed at the end of each rotor journal without gears. The purpose is to prevent the rotor from axial movement or reverse adjustment after movement, so as to ensure that the gap between the rotor shoulder and the two sides of the mixing chamber meets the requirements of the original design.
